Awesome! The best part of EXCON-11 Banglore was that we booked good number of orders from the clients whom we met first time during the exhibition. We also achieved our target of networking with our existing clients as well as spreading information about our products to potential new clients and suppliers.
2)After success of Drum Mix Plants in various capacities do you have plans to offer higher capacity plants for Asphalt plants like Double drum mix plants or Batch Mixing Plants ?
Yes, we are in talks with some of the foreign companies for Batch Mix Plants. I will certainly provide you more details once everything is finalized.
3) What is one single USP (Unique Selling Proposition ) of your company in selling your range of Equipment/Plants ?
Quality Product from a company with business integrity, family values and global business understanding!
4) Your company now has global presence, How do you cope with after market services ?
While doing Global Sales, after sales service does become a major concern not just for the manufacturer but also for the existing clients as well as potential clients. So far we were providing all the after sales service from Ahmedabad. Recently, we have already established service agency for two countries and are in process of doing the same for African countries.
5) Do you have plans for joint ventures in immediate future ?
We consider joint venture as a marriage – a lifelong commitment. And when marriage is between two different continents, two different cultures, and two different time zones – matchmaking task is even more complicated. We are carefully considering few of the foreign companies and are trying to work as their allies. I promise you that Construction Technology will be the first magazine to break the news when we finalize joint venture.
