Que. : What was the focus of your company during this EXCON 2017? Were you able to get your target audience to speak to?

Ans. : We primarily focused on our core strength - Gear Boxes. We found that there was an healthy amount of interest in the exhibition. 
The foot-fall was commensurate with the amount of target audience. Had quite a few inquiries and hope they converted. 

Que. : How was the response of your prospective buyers? Did you have promises from your prospects? Were there spot sales?

Ans. : As I said, the number of prospective buyers was commensurate with the amount of foot-fall, hence sizeable. We are going to aggressively try and convert the leads to sale. Am really thankful to EXCON 2017 to provide us a platform to interact with out prospects. About spot sales, no. 

Que. : Did your participation at EXCON 17 help you in sharpening your marketing strategy?

Ans. : Participating in EXCON 17 was a part of out a pretty well defined and honed market strategy. The feedback that we received from various sources, helped us refine a few subtleties, which I guess will pay good over the course of time.

Que. : How was the overall experience? Did the participation enrich you?
 
Ans. : The experience was enriching. Interaction with a cross section of prospective buyers and hearing the queries, helped us. Keeping the ear to the ground really helps.

Que. : What product/services you want to emphasize most at our booth, pavilion or the open space you have acquired at EXCON? with the new knowledge of your product/services?

Ans. : The infrastructural facilities that EXCON provide, helped us a lot. The venue, the participation of other like minded people was a major highlight. The competitor exposure was unparalleled. The full experience left us wiser than before.

Que. : How do you find the overall management of EXCON 17? Any suggestion Would you like to give the organizer?

Ans. : The overall management of the fair was quite satisfactory. The foot-fall is a good litmus test of the success. EXCON is an ideal platform to meet prospective buyers and competitors. If once is open, there is a lot of learning to be done.
As of now I do not have any suggestion to offer.
